Our client is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial services organisation in the West End. This role offers the chance to handle complex employment matters, advising senior management and working closely with HR on both contentious and non-contentious issues. You will be part of a collaborative group legal team providing strategic guidance on discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, redundancy, restrictive covenants, managing tribunal and court proceedings. Additionally, you will draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and deliver training and guidance to the General Counsel and senior management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in managing high-pressure situations within a fast-paced business environment.
