A leading boutique investment and advisory firm is seeking a high-calibre Senior Associate/VP to join its Real Estate Debt Advisory team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment advising on complex, structured real estate transactions predominantly in the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structuring and execution of real estate development and investment debt mandates.
- Manage full transaction life cycles: financial analysis, lender engagement, documentation negotiation, and deal closing.
- Maintain and grow relationships with developers, investors, and a broad network of lenders, including banks, funds, and alternative capital providers.
- Underwrite and assess real estate opportunities across multiple asset classes including hotels, PBSA, and retail.
- Prepare and present marketing materials, investment memoranda, and pitch documents.
- Work directly with senior leadership and contribute to business development efforts and strategic growth initiatives.
