CPM Italy offre un’esperienza per crescere da leader. Si propone uno stage come Project Manager all’interno del team dedicato a uno dei clienti. Sarà possibile mettere alla prova le doti organizzative e di gestione delle risorse, apprendendo le principali dinamiche di una professione chiave nel settore del field marketing.
Lo stage si svolgerà nella sede di Milano in spazi di nuova generazione, con la possibilità di operare anche da casa grazie alle politiche di smart working. È retribuito (sono previsti anche i buoni pasto) e ha una durata di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga o eventuale assunzione.
Il training è finalizzato a trasmettere tutte le competenze strategiche e operative di un Client Service Executive, figura che gestisce la rete di Promoter sul territorio nazionale. In particolare, si insegnerà a:
- verificare i dati provenienti dalla rete del Field;
- monitorare l'implementazione degli interventi richiesti dal cliente;
- seguire i fornitori legati alla commessa di lavoro;
- riportare i risultati attraverso l'analisi dei dati con Excel e realizzare presentazioni in PowerPoint.
Non si sarà soli, ma sempre supportati da figure esperte che trasmetteranno le loro competenze e segreti.
Per fare uno stage in CPM come Project Manager è richiesta una buona conoscenza dell’inglese, scritto e parlato. Inoltre, è fondamentale la capacità di entrare in empatia con le persone. È preferibile avere:
- abilità con Excel e altri programmi informatici;
- un forte spirito organizzativo;
- passione per i brand e per farli crescere.
