Meditalent is looking for an experienced Resident Doctor to join a growing and highly skilled team at a leading healthcare provider based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in an environment with the latest technology and most advanced treatments.
As a Resident Doctor, you will lead the level 3 Adult Critical Care Unit and general wards, working in partnership with highly specialist nurses, acting on Consultant-led decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pre/post-op treatments
- Clinical assessments
- Ward rounds
- Reviewing discharges
- Providing immediate care
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in audits, projects, and quality improvement initiatives, allowing you to expand your network and knowledge.
The right candidate will:
- Be fully registered with the GMC and hold a current license to practice
- Have experience working within a level 3 critical care adult unit
- Have Intensive Care Medicine training (Critical Care and Anaesthesia)
- Provide first-class patient-focused care with a passion for teamwork
