We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director. This is a critical role in driving our expansion in the UK. You'll be responsible for leading a newly established sales team, focusing on acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions. This is a newly created role on the back of foundational growth, join us in accelerating our UKI business!
Key Goals:
- Achieve assigned sales targets by efficiently executing Creatio's go-to-market strategy.
- Actively participate in deals and partner engagements.
- Manage opportunities with a hands-on approach and direct participation in the sales process.
- Be a driving force within the European leadership team.
Key Accountabilities of the Role Include:
Sales Management:
- Develop pipelines by launching sales-driven lead-generation initiatives.
- Manage key sales conversions.
- Accurately maintain sales forecasts.
- Instill a sense of urgency and accountability in the team.
- Effectively implement changes and innovations.
Being a hands-on Leader:
- Develop and execute strong and creative sales strategies.
- Directly participate in sales and build long-lasting C/VP-level relationships with clients.
- Engage and develop channel partners.
- Work with your team to deliver sales excellence across the entire sales process.
- Regularly report to leadership on target achievements.
- Own customer relationships.
Leadership and Management:
- Be able to attract top talent.
