Chip is looking for a talented Brand Content Lead to join our fast-paced and friendly Marketing team – and help us redefine personal finance through exceptional content. We’re building the UK’s most personal digital wealth manager: one simple, personalised experience to manage, grow and protect your wealth.

We believe no brand has truly nailed amazing content in finance, and you’ll be instrumental in helping Chip change that.
This is a big role with a big responsibility. At the heart of our marketing team, you’ll be focused on delivering compelling, on-brand content across multiple channels, and contribute directly to shifting customer perception, building trust and driving engagement for Chip.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Be A Brand Champion: Act as an ambassador for Chip's brand internally and externally, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging across all communications.
- Show Content Creation & Editing Excellence: You’ll be a killer writer and an excellent editor, responsible for crafting clear, concise and human copy across all brand touchpoints. This includes CRM (emails, push notifications, in-app messages), social media content, website copy, and in-app UX content. You’ll ensure everything that leaves Chip HQ reflects our unique tone of voice.
- Drive Brand Campaigns: Work closely with the Head of Brand on ideation, development and execution of brand campaigns for 2025 and beyond. You’ll help translate strategic company goals into engaging content that cuts through the noise.
- CRM Content Ownership: Collaborate closely with our CRM team to ensure our CRM engine delivers relevant, personal and on-brand communications that nurture users through their wealth journey. You’ll play a key role in making these communications feel so well-tailored, it’s almost like customers have a personal wealth manager.
- Social Media Management: Line manage and guide our Social Media Executive, providing editorial oversight and strategic input to elevate Chip's social presence.
- Create Content Strategy: Contribute to Chip's content strategy, helping to deliver amazing, digestible content that resonates with our audience.
- Collaboration Cross-Functionally: Build strong relationships across internal functions – from our Product team to Compliance – to ensure our content is not just seamless, but monitored and signed off correctly.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!) Enjoy a structured yet balanced workweek, with an early Friday finish to kickstart your weekend!
