The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

Location: Stirling Ackroyd Byfleet HQ

Salary: OTE of up to £30,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Hybrid working available (maximum of 3 days per week).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: As a Renewals Negotiator, you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and their tenancies, from commencement date to the return of the property to the owner. Duties will include:

  • Notify landlords and tenants when the tenancy is due to expire.
  • Negotiate rent increases.
  • Communicate effectively across different departments.
  • Respond to any enquiries via phone or email.
  • Prepare section 13s when appropriate.
  • Chase for signature of both parties for any renewal documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation meets the correct legislative requirements.
