We are exclusively working with a well-established and highly respected name in the bespoke timber frame home sector. They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Designer to join their successful and expanding design team.
With decades of experience and thousands of homes built, this company leads the way in designing and supplying high-quality, energy-efficient residential properties, ranging from unique one-off self-builds to small-scale developments.
As a Senior Designer, you will:
- Design and develop bespoke timber frame homes and residential schemes.
- Translate client vision into clear, buildable technical designs using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Liaise with project managers and occasionally clients to understand their brief.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and coordinate building control applications, including condition discharge.
- Contribute to the refinement and implementation of Revit workflows and standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal manufacturing and construction teams.
We are looking for a Senior Designer who has:
