We are working with a client who is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Director to lead and evolve their digital marketing strategy across all channels. This is a senior-level opportunity for a candidate who brings strong leadership, performance marketing expertise and the ability to translate data into actionable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities β Digital Marketing Director
- Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email/CRM, content and web.
- Lead digital performance and drive measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage internal teams and/or agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns and content.
- Oversee digital budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximise ROI.
- Report on KPIs and performance metrics; ensure data is used to drive continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital with wider marketing, brand, and commercial activity.
- Lead digital innovation and stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Ensure brand consistency and a high-quality user experience across all digital touchpoints.

- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing position, ideally in a commercially driven or growth-focused environment.
- Strong track record across core digital channels β particularly paid media, SEO, CRM/email, and analytics.
- Skilled in tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, CMS platforms, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Confident leader with experience managing teams and/or external agencies.
