I have the pleasure of working with this established and highly regarded Edinburgh based boutique firm. Due to increased work, there is a requirement for a Solicitor to join its Litigation Practice. Working directly with the Partner, you will predominantly handle a range of family law matters with the option to be involved in a range of other litigation work including commercial and property, education, contract, housing, and employment disputes.
The family law practice covers a variety of work, including contact, financial provision, cohabitation, and pre-nuptial agreements. This role would suit those looking to enhance and develop their advocacy skills. You will be confident and proactive and be solutions driven. Trainee solicitors, due to qualify later this year, and who are looking to progress their career within the family and/or litigation arena are invited to apply.
