Freedom's Group is seeking a Client Interface Director to play a vital role in delivering major projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale construction projects, understanding the client's perspective, and acting as the conduit between clients and our site delivery team to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure commitments to NGB and Freedoms are met.
- Identify all key client representatives.
- Develop and implement project communication plans.
- Define project roles and responsibilities to facilitate effective communication.
- Develop project-wide processes.
- Lead all client escalation matters.
- Create project insights and performance metrics.
- During the client initiation phase, develop the communication strategy by establishing clear channels and frequencies.
- Establish protocols for regular updates, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
- Experience in large construction projects, with previous senior leadership roles such as Project Director or Senior Project Manager.
- Experience as a client representative, communication manager, or in supply chain management.
- Demonstrates empathy, outcome-focused thinking, teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to professional and technical excellence.
