As the Director, GP Solutions Sales, you will play a crucial role in Titanbay’s growth across the GP Solutions business line, driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging and onboarding General Partners and Asset Managers. This role offers significant earning potential, including a commission-based upside tied to your success in building a portfolio of GP clients and growing our AUM (Assets Under Management).
At the forefront of our business development efforts, you will focus on building relationships and expanding our presence in the GP market by delivering innovative structuring, technology and distribution solutions to address the complex needs of GPs. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary driver for new business development, identifying, engaging and onboarding GP clients to expand Titanbay's reach and revenue.
- Build trusted relationships with GPs, delivering tailored solutions to address their structuring, technology and distribution needs.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients within the GP market through market mapping, outreach and proactive relationship building.
- Represent Titanbay in industry forums, conferences and client meetings to promote the GP Solutions offering.
- Collaborate with Legal, Client Solutions, Marketing and Product teams to deliver innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Support the scaling of the GP Solutions business, with opportunities to expand into new regions and roles as demand grows.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within private markets or GP-focused environments.
- Deep understanding of GP operations, challenges and private market fund dynamics.
- Strong relationship-building skills, capable of earning trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Highly motivated, results-driven and comfortable with a commission-based structure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- London-based, with flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
