As a project coordinator, you will take ownership of an agreed scope of work from the sales team and oversee the delivery phase of the project. You will act as the primary contact for the client, ensuring all commitments are met and that the client is well-informed about any changes. You will collaborate with your colleagues at ramsac to ensure clear communication both internally and externally throughout the project.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a varied portfolio of client projects for SME organisations, often handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Allocating resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Owning the entire project process from initial sale to final delivery, ensuring resources are aligned, communication is clear, deliverables are met, and documentation is accurate.
- Leading internal and external meetings throughout the project lifecycle to keep projects on track.
- Managing delays, issues, or scope changes, ensuring all parties understand next steps and costs, and communicating these to internal teams.
- Providing regular updates on project status to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Gathering client feedback post-project and suggesting improvements for future projects.
- Providing holiday cover for the team and onboarding new clients.
