The role: You will take ownership of the Clarins business to grow and develop the account and team, leading by example and providing excellent customer service.
What you’ll do:
- Plan team resources effectively to deliver high levels of customer service and meet business needs.
- Maximise opportunities through brand events, new launches, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate stock and sales levels, and monitor performance relative to competitors and the department.
- Build professional relationships with team members to support their development.
You are:

You have:
- At least 2 years of management experience, ideally in beauty or retail.
