Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and design of high-performance, scalable applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and GWT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and developers, to design and implement software solutions.
- Lead and mentor development teams in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
- Develop and maintain Rest-API services, ensuring adherence to design patterns and Java best practices.
- Manage Oracle DB integration and optimize queries for performance and scalability.
- Apply cybersecurity best practices to ensure the security and compliance of applications.
- Engage in project management duties, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and project tracking.
- Participate in Scrum/Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
- Conduct unit testing using JUnit and Mocking frameworks (preferably Mockito).
- Work with Atlassian suite tools for issue tracking, project management, and continuous integration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.
- Expertise in Spring, Hibernate, Maven, and GWT frameworks.
- Solid experience with Rest-API development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle DB, including optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, ensuring automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Proven project management and team leadership experience.
