Our client is currently looking for a Customer Support & Systems Specialist, combining hands-on tech skills with customer support. You'll be the first point of contact for support queries, while also managing and improving key systems like WooCommerce, WordPress, HubSpot, and Xero. From troubleshooting customer issues to maintaining CRM accuracy and website updates, you'll be central to keeping everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with 1st line support and wants to expand their knowledge within some web development/website management/CRM management.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via HubSpot (tickets, email, chat)
- Troubleshoot login/data issues and guide users through systems
- Maintain and update WooCommerce/WordPress site
- Improve automations and platform integrations (e.g. Zapier, APIs)
