As our Communications and Engagement Executive at Reiss, you'll be responsible for delivering clear, engaging, and effective internal communications that connect our global retail teams. With a focus on digital-first content, you'll work closely with stakeholders to plan and deliver communications that reflect the Reiss brand and values. From campaigns and change comms to regular updates and employee engagement, you'll ensure our store teams are informed, inspired, and aligned.

What you'll be doing
- Design and produce internal communication to drive engagement across our retail population.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver internal news, updates, change comms, campaigns, and events.
- Evolve our communications approach by analysing platform engagement, testing new formats, and driving innovation.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling digital storytelling and product education content.
- Regularly visit store teams and host focus groups to ensure communication strategies reflect the needs of the internal customer.
- Own and develop our weekly internal newsletter, using performance data to inform content direction.
- Maintain internal comms platforms, ensuring a clear, consistent “single source of truth” for policies, procedures, and updates.
- Support store engagement through creative communication around incentives and initiatives.
- Assist with administrative and project support for the Retail Operations Manager and broader team.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve communication and training through smarter processes and solutions.
