Position Overview
The Personal Assistant role provides personal support to senior leaders across the firm. This role is part of our Family Support benefits team, aimed at reducing the friction in our senior leaders' lives by providing personal support that complements the professional support from their admins/EAs. The person will work with a team of Personal and Administrative Assistants to support our senior executives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support senior executives with personal requests.
- Collaborate with executives’ Admins for end-to-end support, including professional to personal tasks.
- Manage multiple senior executives’ needs simultaneously, providing high-touch support and multitasking.
- Manage personal calendars and administrative tasks for executives and their families.
- Schedule personal appointments and coordinate with service providers.
- Process benefit claim reimbursements and follow-up.
- Interact with childcare providers and coordinate activities.
- Handle online shopping, deliveries, research, and reservations.
- Assist with applications for family activities and manage personal milestones/events.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and follow through to completion.
- Arrange complex travel plans and detailed itineraries.
- Support ad hoc projects and help shape future programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years as a personal assistant.
- Proactive, responsible, and client-service oriented.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the finance industry is preferred.
