We’re looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer who can deliver intuitive, engaging, and accessible web experiences, primarily across our B2B marketing websites and digital channels. Sitting in our Global Studio / Marketing team (not a traditional product department), this role will be focused on bringing our marketing website strategies to life. If you thrive at the intersection of brand and user experience, and are confident across the full design lifecycle - from research and validation through to aligning business needs and delivering pixel-perfect execution, this is the role for you.
Your primary responsibility will be a lead designer working as part of the website team to translate our brand and strategy into human-centred, beautiful, impactful website experiences, enhancing our digital presence and helping mature design practices across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity UI design
- Design and improve human-centred interfaces and journeys with a strong emphasis on visual clarity, brand consistency, brand evolution, and user engagement
- Evolve business ideas and requirements into real-world digital experiences, driving business impact
- Collaborate effectively with web developers, CMS Managers and graphic designers to find creative solutions to tricky problems
- Conduct and synthesise qualitative and quantitative user research to guide decisions
- Communicate design concepts and user insights through clear, compelling narratives tailored to different stakeholders
- Use data-led, problem-focused A/B testing and performance analytics to identify opportunities and improve user experience and site performance
- Collaborate with the wider, product-based UX team to implement and adapt the centralised design system to explore how it can best support marketing needs, ensuring consistency and flexibility across touchpoints, and to elevate the design maturity of marketing and web experiences
- Collaborate with the Global Studio team and occasionally create, refine or provide guidance on digital assets, such as email templates, campaigns and social content
Who you are:
- 7+ years of business experience in UX/UI design, with a strong foundation in user research and designing for web, who knows what good looks like
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates the full UX/UI process, from initial research to polished final designs, with experience designing for large audiences
- A deep expertise in UX research methods and using insights to inform and validate UI designs, patterns and components
- A solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, design systems, and how to collaborate effectively with web developers
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively present insights, influence decisions, and align teams
- Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, multi-time zone, collaborative environments
- A proactive, self-driven individual who is curious, empathetic, and open to feedback
- Deeply curious about large, diverse audiences using segmentation and behavioural insights to design for real people at scale
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, human-centred design best practice and industry trends, to evolve and refine research approaches
- Strong proficiency in research and design tools like Figma and Miro/Lucid
- Experience designing for Contentful
- Experience with user behaviour tracking tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics (GA), or Amplitude
- Champion agile ways of working, actively contributing to agile ceremonies
If you’re excited to craft thoughtful, effective user experiences that bring marketing and UX/UI closer together, and want to help evolve how design works across disciplines, we’d love to hear from you.
