Senior Leadership roles (Organizational Change Management) - Workforce Transformation (WX) Practice

Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics sector experience

About your role:

  • Lead and manage the Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects, and provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level
  • Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics)
  • Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities, including the creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations and contract negotiations, with a first-rate client network
  • Lead, build and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and leading the development of new firm-wide solutions
  • Design, develop and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans to help support clients’ change programmes
  • Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level; identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Play an advisory role to client leaders in the CRL sector
  • Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
  • Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
  • Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and new tool development

Requirements:

We are looking for Change Management professionals with previous consulting experience at a senior level and a strong background in delivering change in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics (CRL) vertical sector.

  • Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top tier consultancy
  • Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management and RFP / proposal creation
  • Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements
  • Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility and willingness to travel
