I have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a medium sized Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in North West London and working on projects across London. The company has been operating since the 1970s and has an excellent track record for delivering high quality projects, resulting in consistent repeat business coming through from their clients.
They operate across various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, social housing, private residential, Grade I and Grade II listed buildings; on projects between £50,000 to circa £7m. They work on new build, refurbishment and fit out projects.
They are looking for a well-rounded Project Manager that has experience working on a range of projects across multiple sectors, ideally with a track record of working for a similar sized company.
Experience:- Background working for a reputable Main Contractor as a Project Manager
- Experience overseeing new build, refurbishment and fit out projects across a range of sectors up to circa £7m in value
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Able to commute to North West London and happy to work across London
