North Stafford Hockey Club (NSHC) are delighted to be taking on the management and running of the existing England Hockey Stoke Talent Academy. The club has recently been awarded the operating license by England Hockey to deliver the Talent Academy Programme from 1st August 2025.
As part of this process, we are looking for inspiring and collaborative coaches who wish to commit to developing young players, and themselves, within the EH Talent Framework. Our Talent Academy Programme will be delivered from Trentham Academy, the existing base of the EH Stoke TA, with sessions likely to be running on Monday nights throughout the autumn, winter and spring and moving to Fridays during the summer period. Additional day ‘camps’ will be run in the school holidays.
The TA is actively seeking applications for the following important roles within our Talent Academy Programme:
- Head Coach / Lead Coaches
- Assistant Coaches
The precise make-up of the coaching structure will be based on the personal qualities and experience of the successful candidates.
