Morgan Hunt have partnered with a reputable housing provider, who are currently looking for a Building Safety Improvement Specialist to join their team and help ensure that operational processes are efficient, compliant, and truly make a difference to the safety and well-being of residents.

As a Building Safety Specialist, you'll play a key role in evaluating, improving, and enhancing operational processes that support building safety. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead the implementation of process improvements and regulatory changes, driving operational excellence across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and map existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, manuals, and clear step-by-step guides for improved processes.
  • Lead on the delivery of training and communications to support process changes.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of processes, recommending and implementing adjustments as needed.

  • Experienced in working with senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, LucidChart) and methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
