Fire & Security systems Engineer required on a permanent basis, this is to join an established company based in SE London.

This position is to be based on various sites/projects covering all over SE London, Kent and Central London when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of security systems including: fire alarms, gate automation, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control.
  • First and second fix installation of fire alarm, gate automation, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control (domestic, commercial).
  • Show our customers how to use their security systems.
  • Create on-site quotes.
  • Keep job sites tidy, organised, and running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in fire/security engineering in the UK.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Great at talking to people and focusing on client needs.
  • Knowledge of health & safety rules.
  • Handle basic electrical tasks, like measuring voltage and current.
  • Work safely on ladders.
  • A valid UK Driving License and a clear DBS check.
  • UK full work permit.
