We are working in partnership with a secondary school based in Bradford who are seeking a Pastoral Manager to join their team from September. This role will be for maternity cover with a scheduled end date of April 2026.

As Pastoral Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the personal, social, and emotional development of our students. You’ll work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every student feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day pastoral support for students across all year groups
  • Lead on behaviour management strategies and interventions
  • Monitor attendance and work with families to improve engagement
  • Support safeguarding procedures and liaise with external services
  • Promote a positive school culture and student wellbeing
