We have a new opportunity for an Application Support Consultant who has experience of Sage X3 support, to join a leading manufacturer on their Sage ERP X3 team. You would be joining a team of 7 people running a busy support desk covering a range of desktop and infrastructure technologies including the core ERP of Sage X3.

Salary is open to negotiation but is likely to be from £30-38k depending on your level of experience plus life assurance and good pension scheme. You need to be reasonably local to the Leeds area as this will be an office based role, certainly in the beginning, as you will need to learn the product and work alongside experienced people.

You will give first to third line support by phone, email and desk side, to their Sage ERP X3 user base, meeting your SLA's and developing good relationships with your internal customers. The X3 team is growing steadily and the product gets more integrated into the fabric of the business, this is a busy department that will keep you on your toes.

You will help with the implementation of further modules and functions as well as support Sage X3 which covers a variety of business functions including product management, manufacturing, forecasting, scheduling, purchasing, QC, Costing, WIP, Inventory and Crystal Reports.

You will support the user base with training to new users on new Sage X3 applications, working closely with the manufacturing, purchasing and other teams across the company to provide solutions to the business processes.
