6 Month Fixed Term Contract Darlington – Hybrid Working
The Company
Certain Advantage is working on behalf of a globally known Diesel Engine manufacturer who designs, manufactures, distributes and services engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems.
Key responsibilities Required
- Journal entries and reconciling Finished Goods, Work In Progress and Intercompany accounts, E&O (Excess & Obsolete) and other inventory provisions and running annual stock count reporting.
This position will look after one or two sites but mainly Italy – you do not need to be a language speaker but if you have any Italian speakers, this would be a bonus.
Competencies
- Part qualified or new studying accountant
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Be able to pick new tasks quickly and autonomously
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues with short deadlines
- Be able to communicate at different management levels with confidence
- Business Partnering – able to build relationships with stakeholders to drive the desired results
