About the Company: My client who has supported children and young people for over 100 years is seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join their team. This role will be based in their Children’s Residential Homes, across the Leicestershire region., * Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs.

Support clients in daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other professionals.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.

Waking Nights – You will be working through the night, observing and supporting the residents of this home.

Experience with Children and Young people settings, or similar role is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic IT skills (touchscreen devices, computers).

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
