From managing our epic class timetables and incredible instructors, to keeping every inch of our clubs fully-stocked and fresh, they’re the best kind of snobs to have around. Because it’s their high standards that make members keep coming back, working hard and feeling pumped.
So, what will you be getting up to as Studio & Operations Manager?
- Manage and run club timetables and studio hire, balancing budgets effectively
- Keep our amazing instructors happy, equipped, and paid
- Get involved in developing, promoting, and reviewing classes
- Train others to promote classes effectively

What we’re after:
- Great communication skills, a self-starting mindset, readiness for challenges, and a positive attitude are essential.
- If you have aspirations to teach or love training all day, this role is ideal.
- Excellent organisational skills are required to manage the busy timetables and administrative tasks.
- Experience in an administrative or management role is preferred but not essential.
- A background in fitness or sport is advantageous, especially as you’ll be managing top instructors in London, and industry knowledge will give you an edge.
