My global law firm client is looking for a Senior Partnership Accounting Manager to join their dynamic and high-performing team that supports all aspects of partnership accounting and partner finance across a global footprint.

As a key member of the Partners' Affairs & Tax (PAT) team, you will lead critical areas including Partner Finance, Partnership Accounting, and Partner Payroll. You'll manage a team of five (three direct reports) and play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across partner-related financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Accounting
  • Lead relationships with global finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant partner accounting.
  • Own the Partner Points process used for profit allocation.
  • Oversee contributions to management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage year-end processes including disclosures in financial statements and audit support.
  • Maintain and reconcile the Trial Balance and associated controls.
  • Develop foreign currency and inter-entity accounting practices.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to Partner Finance processes.
  • Partner Payroll & Benefits
    • Manage monthly payrolls for current and retired partners and annuitants (approx. 1,000 individuals).
    • Continuously improve the payroll system to align with evolving policies.
    • Oversee global partner benefit policies including insurance arrangements.
    • Innovate and implement new processes to enhance service delivery.
