You are a UK Qualified Trade Mark Attorney looking to move to a firm that can offer an immediate, rich variety of client work, a collegiate and flexible environment for your continued professional growth and the capacity to work flexibly too. You relish direct stakeholder relationships, providing sound legal judgement across the full spectrum of Trade Mark related work.

This newly created appointment should appeal to qualified Trade Mark Attorneys who have acquired a minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience, either in a private practice or law firm. Experience of managing caseloads with Opposition and Appeal biased work would be advantageous, as would be the aptitude for commercial business development.
