Are you a dynamic marketing or business leader with a passion for digital advertising and B2B education? We are seeking an experienced professional to join a growing marketing team focused on helping small and medium businesses (SMBs) succeed through powerful advertising solutions. In this newly created role, you will lead the strategy and execution of a high-impact programme designed to scale B2B educational content through external partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to own and shape a “zero-to-one” initiative with broad scope and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch a net-new programme focused on B2B education partnerships
  • Develop scalable systems for content syndication and co-creation with partners
  • Lead customer research to identify preferred learning channels, formats, and tools
  • Align internal stakeholders to prioritise content development around key business goals and customer needs
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with industry bodies, service providers, and associations
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate programme success and continually optimise based on insights

About You:

  • Fluency in German is a strong preference
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing or advertising, particularly in B2B environments
  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset and the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
