I’m currently looking to connect with Employee Relations (ER) specialists for a well-known charity. ASAP until the end of August £150-£160 per day + holiday pay.
1 day per week on-site – London.
Supportive, collaborative team.
You’ll need to be confident managing and working at pace with high-volume casework, handling everything from low-level to complex cases including grievance, restructure & dismissal.
You must have led independently on cases from inception to completion.
