We're seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our Global Payments & Treasury Services Operation (GPTSO) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK with a hybrid work model.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Process and repair SWIFT payments and receipts instructed to and from our clients.
  • Analyze data to identify discrepancies and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Provide payment formatting feedback to clients to improve the overall Straight Through Processing (STP) rate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of client inquiries.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
