What you’ll be doing

Join us as a Pricing expert in our Pricing & Underwriting Centre of Expertise. Here you’ll use your pricing expertise to work with the pricing and underwriting community and our Risk teams to manage our P&U governance and control environment. You’ll lead delivery of key pricing and underwriting control outcomes working across multiple tribes to drive alignment, best practice and compliance with the control environment. As part of your role, you will support the management, ongoing development and oversight of the P&U control environment to ensure compliance with legislation and regulation and the safe delivery of pricing and underwriting change. You will lead key activity to deliver control outcomes in a timely and effective manner. You’ll report to the Head of P&U Centre of Expertise as part of the wider COE team. Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you’ll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.

  • You’ll have strong pricing skills ideally across technical and retail pricing.
  • You’ll have a good understanding of managing pricing and underwriting risk through a control environment.
  • You’ll be strong in stakeholder management and in engaging across teams at all levels.
