Are you an experienced Joiner or Woodworker who takes pride in producing high-quality, handcrafted work? Impact Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturer in Northampton that creates a wide range of custom-made products. They are looking for a Joiner to join their workshop team, someone who's confident with woodworking machinery, reading drawings, and working with solid and sheet timber. This role is ideal for someone from a joinery, shopfitting, or wood machining background who wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, consistency, and hands-on problem-solving.

Salary: £16 - £20 an hour

Hours: Tuesday to Friday (4 day week)

Location: Northampton

Key Duties:

  • Interpreting detailed technical drawings and cutting lists with confidence and accuracy.
  • Crafting high-quality products using solid timber and sheet materials.
  • Operating a range of woodworking machinery - saws, planers, routers, edge-banders, and more.
  • Completing fitting, assembly, and finishing tasks to an exceptional standard.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
  • Working alongside a small, tight-knit team of skilled tradespeople who take pride in what they do.
