Night Zookeeper's mission is to make learning fantastically fun for children. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
Paid Search Management:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Search).
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Paid Media Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns, on Facebook & Youtube
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring a positive ROI.
SEO Implementation:
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
Other areas to contribute with marketing team members.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve website and landing page performance.
- Develop strategies to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
CRM Management
- Manage CRM campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Develop and track email marketing campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven track record of managing paid search, SEO, and paid media campaigns.
- Ideally, experience marketing apps, or experience in kid's education/games space
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM tools (e.g HubSpot)
- Understanding of CRO principles and tools such as VWO/Optimizely etc
Creativity:
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute to campaign ideation and execution.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, a degree or a professional qualifications in Marketing
