Here at MKJ Ignite, we’re delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing companies in the UK (announced recently in the FEBE Top 100 list). The brand is absolutely stunning from a Design perspective, they’ve really created a beautiful set of products. The team is growing and as a result they’re now looking to hire a Senior Designer to join the growing creative team.
They’re looking for someone to take their creativity, artwork and visual direction to the next level by producing high-level assets across web, social media, paid ads, packaging, email, print + more. This is a great opportunity to join a creative team of 3 and be part of one of the fastest growing brands in the country!
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- You need to have at least 4 years Design experience with a portfolio of work across Digital & Print assets.
- Experience of working in-house for an FMCG or Retail brand is critical (B2C).
- Challenger brand/start-up experience would be beneficial.
- Proven Design experience for paid ads and packaging is essential.
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma (Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom would be great).
- An ability to manage multiple projects at once is important, this is a fast paced environment.
- You NEED to be a sociable, FUN and outgoing person. The team are all very sociable!
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you:
- Basic salary from £50k - £60k (based on experience).
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- An additional days holiday for your birthday.
- 3 days a week in the office in Central London.
- Ability to work from anywhere in the world 4x weeks a year.
