The Opportunity
As an EL/PL Fee Earner, you'll take ownership of a busy caseload of litigated fast-track matters, handling both pre- and post-litigation files. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing department with strong supervision and clear career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of 100-150 EL/PL files from inception through to conclusion
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including letters of instruction and court proceedings
- Negotiating settlements and liaising with insurers and medical experts
- Meeting court deadlines and preparing cases for trial where necessary
