We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead overall engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3-4 applications, with strong client communication skills and stakeholder management ability. The candidate should possess good technical knowledge in Pega / Pega Cloud and cloud migration projects, with the ability to make architectural decisions and solutioning. Domain experience in BFS is advantageous. The role involves driving techno-functional excellence and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing overall project delivery and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Preparing delivery schedules, effort estimates, and costs based on client requirements, and conducting walkthroughs.
- Achieving client sign-off on schedules, effort, and costs.
- Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensuring project timelines are met by setting milestones.
- Facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Tracking and managing product backlogs, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task breakdowns.
- Assisting the product owner in maintaining product backlogs for upcoming sprints.
- Challenging architectural solutions and engaging in hands-on discussions with team members to deliver technical requirements in Pega.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of end-to-end project delivery.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
