An independent global leading firm are looking to add a highly driven and motivated Vice President to their mid-market Consumer advisory team (across the full range of sub sectors) who have a strong track record of deal flow and success. Our client offers a strong work-life balance, flexible working conditions, and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including preparing key documentation (e.g., information memoranda, management presentations).
  • Conducting research for deal origination and analysis.
  • Leading valuation and financial modelling, including DCF and LBO analysis.
  • Initiating and leading business development efforts to drive growth.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • Strong transactional experience in a lead advisory role, particularly in M&A transactions.
  • Previous exposure to the Consumer, Retail, and Leisure sectors is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to undertake detailed financial/commercial analysis for inclusion in client reports.
  • Ability to work closely with clients and build relationships.
  • Interest and ability to contribute to business development and origination activities.
  • Chartered Accountant (Big 4 or equivalent) or experience in a mid-market advisory firm.
