An independent global leading firm are looking to add a highly driven and motivated Vice President to their mid-market Consumer advisory team (across the full range of sub sectors) who have a strong track record of deal flow and success. Our client offers a strong work-life balance, flexible working conditions, and a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including preparing key documentation (e.g., information memoranda, management presentations).
- Conducting research for deal origination and analysis.
- Leading valuation and financial modelling, including DCF and LBO analysis.
- Initiating and leading business development efforts to drive growth.
- Managing and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- Strong transactional experience in a lead advisory role, particularly in M&A transactions.
- Previous exposure to the Consumer, Retail, and Leisure sectors is beneficial.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to undertake detailed financial/commercial analysis for inclusion in client reports.
- Ability to work closely with clients and build relationships.
- Interest and ability to contribute to business development and origination activities.
- Chartered Accountant (Big 4 or equivalent) or experience in a mid-market advisory firm.
