Are you ready to launch a brand new Building Services office? ERS are thrilled to be partnered with a Building Services and Environmental consultancy as they enter the next stage of their exciting growth journey. Over 21 years they have grown to 5 strong offices in Plymouth, Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff and Truro, and are now targeting two new offices. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join in an Associate Director capacity to build, shape and run a brand new office in Reading.

With the company winning work already in the area we are looking for someone who has the confidence to choose a location for a new office, and the ability to grow a team whilst bringing in work. You’ll be working with and mentored by a current Regional Director and be able to use their existing teams of engineers.

A core value of the company is their commitment to social value, with 1% of their profits each year going towards community and social value work.

What’s on offer?

  • Starting salary circa £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
