Are you a driven Senior Project Manager ready to step into an Associate role and help shape the direction and strategic growth of the project management division in the North West? You will be joining a well established consultancy, working across multi-million-pound regeneration schemes to public realm transformations across the UK. As part of a wider consultancy offering geoenvironmental engineering, flood risk assessments, land remediation and more, bringing a fully integrated approach to the built environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead exciting and diverse projects from day one – collaborating with housing associations, local authorities, developers and JV partners.
- Expect to be involved in everything from town centre master planning to delivery of £20m+ developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the team of project managers.
- Be a key player in business development and client engagement.
- Oversee delivery from RIBA 0-7.
- Help shape the future direction of the business, reporting directly to the Operational Board.
Spec:
- Strong track record in consultancy-side project management.
- Experience delivering town centre, residential or heritage projects.
- Confident with procurement, project team leadership and client liaison.
- A proactive, commercially aware mindset with leadership ambition.
