The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Our client, one of the fastest growing professional service businesses in the UK, is looking to expand its offering with the acquisition of law firms, nationwide. They offer a full service of legal disciplines with locations spread across the country and have longstanding relationships with a range of clients from multinational corporations to national corporates, small & medium enterprises, and HNW individuals.
Revenue has more than doubled in recent times and as such they are now looking to continue the momentum with further significant growth forecast in the near future. With so many small to medium law firms contending with cash flow and succession issues, many have successfully been acquired by our client, with existing members of those firms benefiting greatly as a result.
Specifically, our client is looking to speak with firms recording turnover between £5m and £25m with a genuine appetite to merge or be acquired. Please note that our client would also welcome conversations with individual partners or teams looking to move from their current firms.
