I am working with a bespoke privately owned developer in Oxfordshire, they have expanded rapidly over the past couple of years and have grown to become one of the most successful developers. They are now looking to appoint a development graduate or development assistant to work closely with the senior development team and oversee projects from early identification/acquisition through the planning process. This position offers a great opportunity to build essential project management skills while taking on meaningful responsibilities with high visibility across the organization. They have a proven history of promoting from within, with former Development Assistants progressing into senior roles and overseeing significant projects.
You will work directly with a very experienced development team and be given the opportunity to work on some high profile projects to develop your career at a fast pace.
