MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an innovative company at the cutting edge of Engineering technology, as they look to appoint a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager at their state-of-the-art facility in Belfast.
As HSE Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role in embedding a proactive HSE culture within a high-performance engineering and manufacturing environment. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will shape the company's HSE strategy, ensure compliance, and lead initiatives that protect people, the planet, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the company's HSE management systems
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation and ISO standards
- Drive behavioural safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Lead training, coaching, and engagement across all departments
- Proven experience in a senior HSE role within manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- A passionate safety leader who can influence and inspire across all levels
