Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and well-presented 3rd Line Escalations & Projects Engineer with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term, permanent position within an established and successful MSP.
As a 3rd Line Escalations & Projects Engineer, you will serve as the point of escalation for Junior Engineers and act as a knowledge base and mentor. You will undertake bespoke projects for clients and manage service contracts.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, collaborative, and busy service desk team of 15 members. The role requires a strong technical mindset and intuition to solve complex technical problems, maintain composure during stressful troubleshooting situations, and effectively communicate with client stakeholders and directors.
Salary is up to Β£55,000, depending on experience and skillset. Benefits include holidays, pension, and other perks.
