We are seeking an experienced and proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM) Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with our ORM agency to manage and enhance our reputation across all relevant digital platforms.
Role Overview: As the ORM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive online reputation strategies for both the company and designated personal profiles. This role requires hands-on management of our presence on various online channels including but not limited to Facebook, Glassdoor, Wikipedia, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. You will work closely with external ORM partners while ensuring internal alignment and swift response to reputation risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic ORM plans for both corporate and personal brand reputation.
- Monitor, analyze, and manage online mentions, reviews, and feedback across all key channels: Facebook, Glassdoor, Wikipedia, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Collaborate closely with the external ORM agency to coordinate campaigns, content updates, and reputation repair actions.
- Respond promptly and tactfully to negative reviews, misinformation, or public relations crises.
- Manage and optimize profiles on review sites and social platforms to enhance positive visibility.
- Work with internal teams (PR, Marketing, HR, Legal) to align ORM activities with broader company goals and compliance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, ORM tools, and best practices.
- Produce regular reports on ORM performance and sentiment analysis for senior management.
- Guide and train key stakeholders on best practices for personal and corporate online presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Online Reputation Management or related digital marketing/PR roles.
- Strong understanding of ORM tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with managing reputations on multiple social media and review sites including Facebook, Glassdoor, Wikipedia, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication, crisis management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content management is a plus.
- Experience managing both corporate and personal reputations is highly preferred.
