We are constantly growing our business and therefore we have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our AfterSales Team in Mervyn Stewart Belfast dealing with MG and Skoda brands. As aParts Advisoryou will help ensure the efficient running of the Parts Department with reference to trade, workshop sales and goods inwards. You will also be building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with our customers whilst also working to achieve sales targets for the department. This is a role for a talented, enthusiastic individual keen to develop their skills within the motor industry. About The Role Key Responsibilities To serve the customer in a polite and responsible manner and to ensure that payment is made to the Companys requirements and policies at that time Provide a service to the highest standard that customers can trust Undertake the goods inwards and receipting processes, issue of parts to workshop jobs and accurately identify and price parts on electronic vehicle health check. To ensure technicians are served as quickly as possible Parts that require ordering are obtained as quickly and economically as possible Return of warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Parts to be properly located as per manufacturer guidelines All stock and orders to be checked against delivery and advice noted and located Remuneration and Benefits The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary starting at £26000 with bonus earning opportunity Company Pension scheme Company uniform/PPE where applicable Permanent, Full Time work 40hrs week (plus a Sat rota) 30 days holidayInc. stats (increasing with service) Health, Wellbeing and Discount Shopping Membership availability Manufacturer Training and Development Programme Mervyn Stewart are an equal opportunities employer.
