Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company with B2C sales, seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to enhance their online product offering. This company fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth. Due to ongoing expansion across digital channels, they are looking for someone who can oversee the smooth operation of their ecommerce platforms and drive continued growth in this key area of the business.
Knowledge of SaaS platforms, such as PIM, CRM, and ESP required. ERP (used for stock management, allocation, and reporting) Aptos. PIM (Product Information Management software Akeneo). Understanding how these systems work, not just the integration with the website, but how to amend their functionality to increase efficiency. ESP (Email Service Provider) / CRM (Customer Relationship Manager): currently Mapp, soon to be Voyado. Facilitates customer segmentation, email automation, website personalization, and social media interaction. GA4 or other Business Insights tools. Other tools: Reviews/Customer Service/Loyalty/Site monitoring/Payment Gateways/A-B Testing.
What you will be doing:
- Acting as a conduit between the Digital team and other departments, as well as external agencies and partners.
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the ecommerce platforms.
- Overseeing web development plans, both ad-hoc and aligned with the wider digital strategy.
- Coordinating and project managing inter-departmental teams to deliver projects on time.
- Managing software integrations, including PIM workflows, CRM databases, audience segmentation, email automations, loyalty programs, review and social media integrations, and despatch software.
- Providing technical insights into new and existing software, assessing benefits and fit with company plans.
- Identifying website improvement areas, focusing on UX and CRO techniques, and presenting financial implications.
- Producing and presenting digital trading and performance reports.
- Providing technical support to stores regarding the online ordering system.
Requirements:
- Experience with digital technologies, ideally in ecommerce.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms like PIM, CRM, and ESP.
